Michael Brown joined The Biggest Winner Contest in January to prove to himself that he can reach a goal. He has lost 15 pounds so far and set a goal weight of 200 pounds.

He said the lifestyle change and resisting fried food hasn’t been easy, especially on weekends, but he said the experience has been great and the encouragement of the staff keeps him going.
